So who are Voyage Care and what are we all about? Well, we’re a sector leading provider, with 35 years experience of specialist care and support. We support over 3,500 people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs across the UK.
Our purpose is pretty simple and is at the heart of everything we do: To deliver great care and support and achieve commercial success. This and our ETHOS values guide us in what we do and set out how we work together as a team to meet our core purpose.

Hive is a vibrant hub filled with inspiring stories from across our services, along with updates on our latest campaigns and competitions. It’s also where you can access essential tools and systems, including our learning platform, Aspire.

What’s next?
- Important! Whilst you’re here, please take a few minutes to read our employee privacy statement, which explains how we may use personal information we collect before, during and after your working relationship with us. This notice explains how we comply with the law on data protection and what your rights are and for the purposes of data protection we will be the controller of any of your personal information.
- We expect the Gregory Court team to join the Voyage Care family in February, but this may change as the transfer will happen on the date the CQC formally registers the service to Voyage Care. We’ll be working closely with Brainkind to make sure the transition goes smoothly, and together we will keep you informed of progress and the likely transfer date. If you have questions about the TuPE process, please refer to the letter Brainkind sent following the announcement for more details and contact information.
