About Caroline

Caroline joined Voyage Care in September 2015 and now leads the Internal Communications, Marketing and Property teams (including managing our new developments programme) and is Chair of our Environment Committee, spearheading our drive to carbon neutrality. She is has over 12 years’ experience in the social care sector and joined Voyage Care from Bupa UK where she was Head of Public Sector Tendering. Caroline qualified as an architect in 1999 and was a director of an architectural practice until 2011, specialising in housing, health and community regeneration. Caroline has a BA (Hons) Architecture and a graduate Diploma in Architecture from the University of Sheffield.

About Richard

Richard joined Voyage Care in 2023 as Quality Director. He’s previously held several notable positions in the industry, working for both the NHS and BUPA.

At BUPA, Richard was Director of Care and Quality for their care services division, before taking on the role of UK Chief Nurse across care homes, insurance, clinics and hospital businesses.

Most recently, Richard was Chief Executive Officer and founder of Sears Healthcare where he was responsible for all aspects associated with running care homes, operations, marketing, governance and hotel services.

Jackie Hullett

Partnership and Integration Director

About Jackie

Jackie joined Voyage Care in 2015 and established our Operations Integration Team, tasked with integrating new business into Voyage Care. She later transitioned to her current role as Partnerships Director.

With over 20 years of experience in the social care sector, Jackie initially served as a Divisional Financial Controller at Craegmoor, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. Following Craegmoor's acquisition by The Priory Group, she assumed the role of Commercial and Operations Director within their adult social care division.

Jackie finds her role at Voyage Care fulfilling, expressing that she feels humbled to work in an organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

About Antonella

Antonella joined Voyage Care in 2016, bringing with over 25 years' experience managing large remote services in both the healthcare and utilities sectors. This includes working with care homes for the elderly and health clinics for Bupa.
