Paul Brockie
Operations Director
About Paul
I am an enthusiastic person, who likes to work hard but also likes to have fun along the way. I think I have finally learned how to listen properly and I feel I am approachable. I would also rather find solutions to issues than find the issues on why we can’t.
Plus love my football.

Ben Guy
Operations Manager
About Ben
Having previously worked in the public sector for a decade in my home city of Manchester I joined Voyage in 2011 as a Registered Manager of a residential service in Burnley, Lancashire.
My time with Voyage Care since then has been one of continuous development and one that has afforded me opportunity to undertake various roles and responsibilities before assuming the role of Operations Manager for West Yorkshire and Lancashire in 2014. During this time I have seen the portfolio grow in size, quality and specialism with a mix of support delivered across community and care home provision and with yet further developments in the pipeline.
I find my role very rewarding, thrive on the challenges that it presents and feel privileged to work amongst such great people within an inclusive and progressive organisation.
