Stephanie Allen

About Stephanie
I have been working in social care (in a variety of settings) for 30 years. I joined Voyage Care in 2005 as a support worker and through development opportunities, commenced my current role in 2016.
As I developed within Voyage Care, I have experienced all roles within residential services which include support worker, senior support worker, deputy home manager and home manager. I also have experience with setting up and managing supported living services. This has enabled me to have an understanding of others roles within the business.
I truly love my role and strive, alongside my managers, for excellent quality care. I would like to think I am a good leader, listener and passionate about what I do.
In my personal life I am mum to three adult children and a nanny to a three-year-old granddaughter.

Denise Flannagan
Operations Manager
About Denise
I have been working in the health and social care sector for 24 years, in a variety of settings.
I have worked in residential schools, with the elderly both in the community and in registered services as well as with adults with learning disabilities.
I have had numerous roles, including support worker, team leader and I joined Voyage Care as a home manager in 2012. I've been in my current role for the last four years.
I am passionate about supporting people to fulfill their potential and believe that the people we support should be at the forefront of what we do. I love my role and support my team to ensure we deliver great quality care.
I am committed, hard-working and knowledgeable and my team would describe me a supportive leader, with lots of patience and a great sense of humour.
I am a mum to four grown up children and also have two beautiful granddaughters, all of whom mean the world to me.
When I'm not working, I enjoy listening to indie music and spending time with my family and friends. I'm a great cook and hostess and every now and then I love a good book and a comedy film.
I am very much a cup half full person who sees the good in everyone.
