Woodley House is a residential care home located in Nottinghamshire. Our home provides person-centred support for up to 18 adults with autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, Down’s syndrome, and mental health needs.
Facilities
Our home is split into three purpose-built properties that are all linked via our beautiful courtyard:
- The main house – male only.
- The bungalow – female only.
- The cottage – mixed gender.
The main house has a quiet room, a sensory room, and a grand staircase, which has been modernised to provide greater accessibility for the people we support.
All ground floor bedrooms have wet rooms – perfect for those with mobility needs.
Transport to the community is easily accessible, with two shared vehicles on-site, including a nine-seater bus.
The team
The Woodley House team have the experience to support those with diabetes and are trained to pro-actively manage challenging behaviour.
As the sector-leading provider in health and social care, Voyage Care has a skilled in-house training team that work hard to ensure training is up-to-date, regular, and always available, so the team can continue to up skill and deliver great quality care and support.
