At Treddinoch, we offer residential support for up to eight adults with autism, learning disabilities, low levels of challenging behaviour, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy, and mental health needs.
Using a person-centred approach, we empower the people we support to embrace independence, working with them to lead fulfilled lives!
Supporting you
We approach our support with a focus on maintaining dignity, by treating every person we support with compassion and respect.
We believe in promoting freedom of choice and encourage the people we support to actively participate in decision making, helping them to develop their independence.
Our person-centred support ensures we get to know the people we support as individuals, understanding their needs, preferences, and identifying what is important to them.
Facilities
Our spacious, Tudor-style home features eight bedrooms spread across two floors. Built with accessibility in mind, our bedrooms feature height adjustable beds and hoists.
Within our home, we also have lots of shared communal areas, including a lounge, bathrooms, and kitchen, ideal for socialising and taking part in activities – like dressing up at Halloween and Christmas!
Treddinoch is surrounded by a large garden where the people we support enjoy engaging in outdoor games and activities, and gathering together for delicious barbecues!
The team
Our team at Treddinoch receive specialist training tailored to meet the extensive and evolving needs of the people we support, including epilepsy rescue medication, safety interventional procedures, and moving and handling.
We always have four Support Workers and one Senior Support Worker on duty. Our diligent teams promote the safety and welfare of the people we support at all times, and are on hand to assist with moving and handling, and supporting individuals to attend activities and health appointments.
