Supporting you

Our team use a person-centred approach to help the people we support live the life they choose. We learn their individual needs and interests, ensuring their support plan is built around them.

We aim to empower the people we support to be as independent as possible by getting them to take part in activities that develop their daily living skills.

Facilities

The Grange Liss is a large, detached house with a bungalow on site. Our home supports 14 individuals in the main house and one individual in the bungalow.

Our home has large welcoming communal areas, including a lounge, kitchen and a beautiful garden that wraps around the house.

There are three shared bathrooms on the first floor, and a shared shower room and wet room on the ground floor. Three of the bathrooms have overhead hoist facilities – perfect for those with mobility needs.

Our bungalow has its own bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom, great for someone who is looking to increase their independence.

We encourage the people we support to personalise their bedrooms to their own style and taste!

Located in the village of Liss, we are within easy reach of the local train station, the A3 motorway and major towns such as London, Portsmouth, and Guildford. We have three on-site vehicles, two of which are wheelchair accessible – helping us take the people we support out for day trips and leisure activities in the local area and further afield.

The people we support are very sociable and enjoy a range of activities and trips out including, music for health sessions, theatre shows, bowling, cinema trips, cycling, and swimming. We support each individual to do the things they love, helping them become an active participant in the community.
