Tate Lodge is a residential care home offering support for eight adults with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, brain injuries and additional mental health needs.
Supporting you
Everyone that lives at Tate Lodge receives 1:1 support from our expertly trained team. We put the people we support at the heart of decision making, empowering them to make choices about their support. We collaborate to create weekly activity planners based around the things they enjoy doing, including day trips and places of interest, as well as ensuring they develop valuable life skills and build connections with the local community.
Prioritising health, the people we support have weekly menu plans and monthly sessions with their key workers, where they can express themselves in a safe space.
Facilities
Each housemate has their own bedroom, complete with ensuite bathroom, which is decorated to their personal tastes! Bedrooms and bathrooms can be adapted to meet individual needs and preferences.
Tate Lodge has a large kitchen where people are supported to prepare meals. We also have a range of social areas and quiet areas, enhancing wellbeing. We benefit from a large rear garden with a patio area where we enjoy making our own flowerpots, having household barbecues and relaxing in the sun!
The team
Our specialist, dedicated team works cooperatively with the people we support, ensuring they know what is happening and who will be supporting them at all times.
We receive regular training, which is bespoke to the evolving needs of the people we support, ensuring we provide high standards of support to everyone at Tate Lodge.
