Supporting you

The people we support are at the centre of everything we do, empowering them to develop daily living skills, establish routines, and live as independently as they choose.

Our expert team is on hand to support with everyday activities, such as personal care, and accessing wider opportunities, such as education and volunteering in the local community!

We’re committed to promoting freedom of expression, choices, and quality of life for each person we support.

Facilities

Our bungalow home has 12 large bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite facilities. We also have a selection of shared communal areas including two bathrooms – one with a hoist and the other with a seated bath, two large kitchen-diners, two lounges and a sensory room. Plus, we have a rear garden which has both pavement and grass for enjoying the great outdoors!

Our team

Our team follows our values-led approach, emphasising teamwork, open communication and exceptional care for the people we support. They provide personalised care following detailed guidelines and offer support to both the people we support and each other. Our service also includes two waking night team members who provide hourly checks and necessary care. Every member of our team receives specialist training in various areas of care, including safety intervention and first aid.

Located in Corby, our home is conveniently located near many amenities such as a pub, restaurant and shops. There is a bus stop right outside our home, making it easy to get out into the community. Redmond House also has access to healthcare services, and there’s a local college nearby, offering lots of exciting courses. The people we support are encouraged to participate in local community activities such as music sessions, bowling, going to the cinema, visiting the theatre, live shows and bands, sailing, trips to the zoo and much more!
