Supporting you

The support we provide focusses on maintaining dignity by treating every person we support with compassion and respect.

We believe in promoting freedom of choice and encourage the people we support to actively participate in decision making, helping them to develop their independence.

Our person-centred support ensures we get to know the people we support as individuals, understanding their needs, preferences, and identifying what is important to them.

Facilities

Each of our 15 bedrooms benefits from their very own en-suite shower room – ideal for personal care needs. The people we support are welcome to bring their own personal items to help them feel more at home.

We also have communal areas such as a quiet room, perfect for relaxing or reading, an airy conservatory and a skills kitchen for independent cooking!

The team

Our team focuses on empowering the people we support to make their own decisions and live as independently as possible. We put them at the heart of everything we do, working closely with them to build care plans that are tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Pembroke Lodge is situated in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne and has many local amenities close by. These include a range of shops, pubs, a cinema, supermarkets and many more! York, Flamingo Land and Beamish are perfect day trips for those who want to be adventurous.
