Supporting you
Individuals take part in a variety of activities in the home and community, based on the goals and preferences outlined in their person centred plans.
For example, some people decide to access the local college for courses that they are interested in. Other people may choose to have more home based activities such as drama therapy, aromatherapy and 1:1 time with support staff to build up confidence and coping strategies to enable them to move on to more community-based activities.
We work on the principles of choice, rights and inclusion to help the people we support achieve their goals.
Facilities
Mountearl is a detached property set across two buildings with a large peaceful rear garden.
The main house has seven bedrooms and is designed to support people who need more intensive and waking night support to be able to achieve their desired outcomes.
The annex, which is situated next to the main house and consists of one two-bedroom flat and one studio flat, is designed for people who are working to achieve a greater level of independence. They have high packages of support to ensure they are able to achieve their goals.
