Supporting you
At Lavender House and Primrose Lodge, we take a person-centred approach to our care, empowering the people we support to achieve their individual goals. Using dedicated one-to-one support, we promote independence by working with individuals to develop their skills and increase their confidence, so they can live the life they choose!
Our team encourage everyone to stay active and entertained by having a well-presented weekly activity planner. This includes a range of both in-house and community-based activities for the people we support to choose from.
Facilities
Situated in a quiet area, our homes offer a range of relaxing spaces. Consisting of both private bedrooms and communal areas, such as a large lounge, kitchen, and dining room, there’s plenty of room for socialising or enjoying some alone time.
We also benefit from a lovely garden shared between the homes – perfect for those who enjoy spending time outdoors!
In addition, Lavender House also benefits from a sensory room, which has been equipped to meet individual sensory needs. The people we support enjoy using this space for mental health needs and emotional wellbeing. Our sensory room has also been designed to support those with physical disabilities.
