49 Stolford Rise is a residential care home located in Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes.

We provide care and support for up to three males with learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism.

We put the people we support at the heart of everything we do and take the time to get to know each person as an individual, so we can tailor our support to meet their needs, goals, and preferences!

Facilities

Our home is spread across two floors, with a variety of communal areas including, a lounge, kitchen and a garden – perfect places to socialise with other housemates.

We also have a private lounge for those who enjoy time to themselves!

Our home is in a fantastic location, with easy access to public transport links, allowing us to be active in the community and enjoy day trips further afield.

Our team encourage and support every individual to take part in a variety of activities that are meaningful and appropriate for their needs and preferences.

These may include visiting the local church, bowling, arts and crafts, movie nights and going for walks!
