Residential care home 
1 Uppingham Gardens is a residential care home located in Berkshire. We provide support for up to seven individuals with autism, learning and physical disabilities, Down’s Syndrome and mental health needs.
Facilities
Our home features seven bedrooms, each with access to shared level access shower room, along with a spacious living room plus, an open-plan kitchen, and a laundry room – ideal for enhancing independent living skills. We also have a beautiful garden with a patio area and barbecue. The people we support enjoy relaxing, social activities like trips to the local coffee shop!
The team
We have a well-established, settled staff team providing round-the-clock care and support. They work closely with the people we support and their families to create personalised care plans that meet individual needs and preferences.
