Samantha Mcginnigle
Samantha started her career in social care in 2013. With a passion for helping others, she knew it was a career path she wanted to pursue. Initially supporting people with autism, she quickly realised how small acts of kindness and compassion can make a big impact on people’s lives.
A few years into her career, Samantha joined Voyage Care as a Support Worker at Calvert House, one of our specialist brain injury rehabilitation services. Navigating a change of professional focus, Samantha drew on her rich experience supporting people with autism and continued to deliver outstanding person-centred care and support.
Committed to enhancing her skills and knowledge, Samantha pursued a variety of training opportunities, including a Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care, and a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management. By furthering her education and demonstrating a positive, proactive approach to support, Samantha was promoted to Registered Manager at Calvert House.
