Rachel Tundervary

Rachel started her career in care 12 years ago, when she began working as a Support Worker. She joined Voyage Care eight years ago as a Deputy Manager, and has worked her way up to a Regional Support Manager. Rachel's journey through various roles brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her current role, where she oversees the management of 12 services in Central England. Rachel truly lives the Voyage ETHOS, with a strong passion for putting the people we support at the heart of everything she does. She strives to continuously improve the services she oversees, ensuring staff are fully trained and offering ongoing mentoring and support. Rachel also works to embed the Voyage ETHOS throughout her region - further enhancing the care that is delivered to the people we support. She believes that supporting people and being a small part in their lives is a privilege that should be honoured and cherished everyday!
