Building on our success as Specialist Care Provider of the Year last September, we’re delighted to announce that on Monday 13 September 2021, we were crowned winners of Community Support Provider of the Year at the HealthInvestor Awards!

The HealthInvestor Awards recognise outstanding achievements, innovation and excellence in the independent and private healthcare sectors. Hundreds of entries are received each year, so we’re extremely proud to have been selected as a winner for the third time at these awards, especially given the unpresented challenges faced by our teams in the past twelve months.

A spokesperson from the HealthInvestor awards said, “This year, the judges were looking for organisations and individuals that had made an outstanding contribution to healthcare between March 2020 – March 2021.”

And while competition was fierce from over 181 entries, in the end, our robust quality and governance frameworks shone through, as did the dedication and hard work of our community teams.

In the past year, we’ve heard countless stories from our teams who worked tirelessly to ensure consistency of care was maintained. Our community teams have also deployed an unwavering commitment to contain COVID-19 outbreaks and minimise service impact.

Despite the challenges, our teams have established robust protocols to keep people safe and well supported, living and breathing our values along the way.
