New care home brings jobs boost to Edinburgh
Up to 20 new jobs are being created in Edinburgh by specialist care provider Voyage Care.
A new care home for adults with profound learning disabilities will open in South Gyle Road next month and Voyage Care is recruiting for support workers.
Tweed Lodge will cater for five men with profound and multiple learning disabilities and there will be a range of shifts with flexible working hours.
Voyage Care provides support for thousands of people with learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, autism and other needs across the UK.
Voyage Care Operations Manager for Scotland, Paul Brockie, said: “We are really excited to be setting up this new home in Edinburgh and we are looking for some amazing people to work here.
