Children’s Complex Care named “Best Specialist Support Needs Services Provider” for second time!
We’re delighted to share that our Children’s Complex Care team have won the “Best Specialist Support Needs Services Provider” category again, making it two consecutive winning years for them at the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical awards, hosted by Global Health and Pharma.
The award recognises and celebrates sector-leading companies, practitioners and initiatives that improve patient experiences by delivering the best healthcare services within the sector.
Hitting the mark
The Healthcare and Pharmaceutical awards have a rigorous selection process involving an evaluation by an expert panel of judges and a dedicated research team.
After assessing the nominees’ dedication, expertise, and innovative approaches, our Children’s Complex Care team was awarded winners of the highly competitive “Best Specialist Support Needs Services Provider 2023” category.
Second win in a row!
The Children’s Complex Care team were thrilled to secure this award for the second consecutive year, adding to their success last year at the Laing Buisson awards.
Eileen Lock, Children’s Complex Care Managing Director, expressed how proud she is of the team and shared her appreciation to them for achieving this accomplishment.
She shared, “I’m super proud of the whole Children’s Complex Care team. It is an honour to win any award once, but a complete privilege to win two years running! This award reflects the consistently high standards, effort and dedication of our wonderful team.”
“The award demonstrates the outstanding levels of service the team achieves. In a very competitive field, winning this award is a great accolade in recognising the achievements of the team – something which is always very motivating.”
Continuing the success
Building on the success of this award win, the team will continue to deliver the best quality care and support for children, young people and their families across London and nearby areas.
Eileen said, “We are committed to continual improvement. We audit lots of quality indicators each month and add new ones as needed. We gauge how families are feeling about the service we deliver on a regular basis and look at ways to improve what we do.”
