Whether you have experience or are new to care, that’s fine. We provide paid training and inductions so you’ll learn everything you need to know.

What you will be doing:
The support worker role is fundamental to providing the very best care and support. This role includes:
- Using therapeutic activities as part of a person-centred support plan.
- Using your admin skills to record and complete essential, daily documentation.
- Assisting with day to day living tasks.
- Ensuring the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Support to access activities and socialise with others.
About you:
- Previous care experience NOT required!
- You are resilient, flexible and love to learn.
- You love getting involved with fun activities and enjoy different adventures.
- You can follow our Positive Behaviour Support plans.
