Our rebrand places the children and young people we support at the heart of every decision and and has included extended consultation and research.
We know how important consistency is, especially for those with complex care needs. That’s why the care we deliver, our staff, our training, and the way we operate will remain the same.
We will now be known as Children’s Complex Care by Voyage Care, which sees us recognised as a specialist team, dedicated to children and young people with complex care needs, within our parent company, Voyage Care.
We will make a few changes including our brand name, logo and the way you see us presented outwardly. Many of the changes are aesthetic and will be completed within three months of our initial launch in May 2021.
Our company name will also change to Children’s Complex Care Limited and you should now use this name on all contractual paperwork going forward.
Rest assured, these changes will not affect the children, young people or families we support in any way and they have been consulted about this decision throughout the whole process.
This closer alignment with Voyage Care will help us to continue making improvements to the experience they receive when supported by us.

Key benefits for you
This exciting rebrand offers some key benefits for you and other healthcare professionals, including:
Service improvement
Our parent company, Voyage Care, is widely known as an industry-leader in health and social care. Since we have been working together, we’ve been able to realise improvements in our service delivery.
Through closer alignment with them, we aim to make further improvements to the care and support we deliver, utilising their experience and expertise that has seen them gain more CQC rated Good and Outstanding services than any other provider.
Additional expertise
We would like to be able to support more vulnerable children and young people with complex care needs. Our future plans include launching an autism service that is comprehensive and evidence based.
We now have access to the Voyage Care expert autism team, accredited by the National Autistic Society (NAS). Their help will support us to train staff, forge personalised autism pathways and develop a specialist autism service for children and young people with complex needs.
Transition offering
Voyage Care provide care and support for adults aged 18 – 65 on a national scale.
Closer alignment means that, together, we can provide a care package for children and young people with complex care needs that offers a seamless transition pathway into adult services as well.
So, a child or young person can continue to be supported by one provider for as long as needed, maintaining the consistency and flexibility that’s so important when it comes to complex care.
Wider care provision
The rebrand allows us to combine both of ours and Voyage Care’s experience and presence to allow us more flexibility when it comes to service provision.
This means we can support more children and young people, in more locations and with greater access to highly trained staff. All while still preserving our clinical foundation and nurse-led expertise!
