We’re excited to announce that from May 2021, Focused Healthcare will be rebranding as Children’s Complex Care by Voyage Care. This marks a closer alignment with our parent brand, Voyage Care, and see us recognised as the specialist team that supports children and young people with complex care needs.
New look – same us!
On the surface, we will look a little different. Our name, logo and brand colours will change and how we present ourselves will be new too.
Operationally though – nothing will change! We will continue to deliver the same great quality care and support that you know us for.
Why we’re rebranding
We listened to your feedback from surveys we completed in December 2020 and have been in consultation with families we support, the professionals we work with and staff to make this a reality. From the surveys we completed, we found out that:
- Our name was hard to say and spell
This was problematic and made it harder for people to reach us. We want to make it easy for people to find and contact us quicker so more families can benefit from the care we deliver. - Some people confuse us for a care agency
We’re a provider and offer much more than just healthcare assistants to support your child or young person. By aligning closer with our parent provider, we hope to better define our role in helping children and young people to lead happy and healthy lives. - Recognised recent improvements
Lots of respondents feel there have been significant improvements since Voyage Care became our parent company. Rebranding will help us to make even more improvements to the service we deliver.
