Summerfield Court – Open Day

Summerfield Court is a specialist brain injury care home, in Bramley, Leeds!
Our fully-accessible, home is split across two floors and can support up to 17 people with brain injuries. With 10 en-suite bedrooms and seven self-contained apartments, it’s the perfect place to start or continue a rehabilitation journey supported by experts.
The service utilises a variety of therapies to support individuals to regain lost skills and work towards greater independence post brain injury.
