We are delighted to announce that Voyage Care have recently completed the acquisition of KDL Investments Limited, comprising of Cristal Care Limited and Newfound Care Limited. We welcome our new colleagues and the people supported across the eight services that have been acquired, to the Voyage Care family! The services include seven registered care homes and one supported living location; together they have capacity to support 64 people across South Yorkshire and Humberside.

The organisations’ commitment to high quality across these services aligns with Voyage Care’s purpose to deliver great quality care and support, and our shared values made this an ideal opportunity to increase our operational capacity in these strategically important geographies. We have worked very closely in partnership with the current owners to ensure a smooth transition for the people we support and our new colleagues.
